In August the MOC Beaglers were invited to visit the Oak Springs Dairy in Upperville, Va. Where we experienced old fashioned cheese making first hand at this artisan dairy operation.

Oak Springs is a great example of value added traditional agriculture winning awards for its cheeses and supreme dairy cattle.
