The MOC Beagles had a great fall hunting season following behind our leader Hazel Hannon We were blessed with fantastic weather and plenty of foxes giving our beagles great runs. Our opening meet at Glen Ora was spectacular, we had a wonderful turnout of loyal members on horses and ponies alike. The mild winter allowed us to conitnue hunting throughout Feburuary. In early March we shifted to hunting bunnies on foot in preparation for the beagle trials at the Aldie Institute. While the MOC Beagles were well prepared for the bunny challenge at the trials, they were distracted by a fox who was also available for a bit of a run. Sadly the judges did not reward our beagles for their wayward choice!!!
